Harvey belonged to the American Legion for 61 years, the Eagles 27 years, was a life member of the Elks, served on the Board of Director's for the Wyoming Trucking Association, and was a charter member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Harvey lived life to the fullest, enjoying the many recreational activities that South Dakota and Wyoming have to offer. He was proud that he had visited all 50 states and 21 foreign countries, always meeting new friends along the way. Harvey loved people and never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Edgar; his first wife, Cleda; son, Ronald Richardson; and grandson, Dennis Richardson.
