Gordon Brummond

In loving memory of Gordon Lee Brummond, 63, who passed away August 17, 2014, and will be greatly missed by his family. Gordon, or "Gordie" to his friends and family, was born on July 10, 1951, to Zug Brummond and Nadine Sanford in Casper, WY. He married Laurie Annette Stansfield on September 29, 1972. Together they had one daughter, Michelle Annette Summarell. They later divorced. Gordie loved working in the oilfield and had worked for many companies in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. His favorite company that he worked for was Lord Drilling. He also loved working beside Grandpa Oak. In his younger days he had a Pinto and loved racing it at the Douglas Speedway. He also loved riding his motorcycles and was very upset when he got too sick to ride anymore. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Shelby), five grandchildren, Casey (Dayna) McLane, Shaydon, Stetson, Jemey, one great grandchild, Bransyn, all of Bridgeland, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zug Brummond, Oak and Nadine Sanford, one grandson, Heston Summarell and many aunts and uncles. The family would like to thank Hospice, Jenifer, Billie, Patsy, Hanna and Dean Blevins.
