Frank was well-known for his hardworking efforts and jobs in the Five-Points Neighborhood of Denver. In 1944, Frank's family moved to Buffalo, Wyoming. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 1948 and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1949. He was honorably discharged in 1952 as a Staff Sergeant after serving in Korea. Frank was actively involved in Korean Veteran's groups and he served as the national coordinator for the 61st Field Artillery Battalion, hosting the national Korean Veteran's reunion in Casper in 1998. Frank was awarded a "Quilt of Valor" by the local group in 2017 and was awarded a Medal of Honor from the Ambassador from South Korea in 2018. Frank's professional life included work in the oil and gas industry, accounting, banking, and real estate. Later, Frank was Assistant Vice-President of Cheyenne National Bank, an owner of Mile-Hi Realty in Casper, owner of Mowery Realty in Cheyenne, manager of Mortgage Plus and Colorado National Mortgage Company. Frank retired in 1989 and lived in Casper for the remainder of his life. For many years Frank was involved in local civic clubs and organizations including the Shriners, Civitans, United Way, and Chamber of Commerce. Frank was an avid fisherman and story-teller.
