Francis Wolfe

Francis "Tim" Wolfe, 57, passed away on June 20, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. Francis was born on July 13, 1959 in Casper. He was a member of NOWCAP Services and the Special Olympics. Francis enjoyed dancing, listening to music, art, drawing and coloring. He also enjoyed fishing, watching movies and drinking coffee. He is survived by his mother, Elnora Wolfe; father, Ben Wolfe; sisters, Helen Wolfe and Debbie Wolfe; brothers, Tom Wolfe and Ray Wolfe all of Casper, Wyoming. Also his nephew/guardian JD Wolfe of Casper, Wyoming. He is preceded in death by his sister, Christine Lobilt (Wolfe) of Casper, Wyoming and his grandmother, Cecilia Shaffer of Mills, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper with Fr. Hugo L. Blotsky, O.S.B. officiating. Inurnment will be at Highland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Tim's name to NOWCAP at 345 North Walsh Drive, Casper, WY 82609.
