Francis "Frank" Joseph Minotti

Francis (Frank) Minotti, Jr, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 10, 2025, following several months of medical challenges. He was surrounded by love in his final days, held close in the hearts of his family.

Frank lived a life rooted in love, patience, and quiet dedication. He found deep joy in the simple pleasures—gardening in the sunshine, carving and woodworking in his workshop, and spending meaningful time with his family. His hands built, nurtured, and gave generously, and his spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Frank married the love of his life, Susan Minotti, on May 1, 1965, and together they shared nearly 60 years of marriage, full of love, laughter, and resilience. He retired from the Natrona School District in 2004 after a long and fulfilling career in education, where he was known for his steady presence and kind heart. His craftsmanship and dedication to the school district is still on display at the Midwest school.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Susan Minotti; his son, Paul Minotti, and daughter-in-law, Susan Minotti; and his treasured grandchildren, Nick and Chris Minotti, who brought him immense pride and joy. He is also survived by many loving siblings, nieces, and nephews who will remember him with affection and fond memories. Frank is also preceded in death by his beloved son, Mark Minotti, whose memory he carried with him always.

Frank’s life was a quiet testament to the values of family, hard work, and compassion. His legacy lives on in the love he shared, the lessons he taught, and the memories he leaves behind.

Funeral viewing and services will be held at Bustard and Jacoby Funeral Home in Casper Wyoming on April 17, 2025, the viewing will be 1pm to 2pm with services immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Rocky Mountain Warrior Foundation mailed to 9472 219th St Piedmont, SD 57769 in Frank’s memory.
