Frances "Dee" Routon

Frances "Dee" Routon was born September 18, 1935 and died April 4, 2019. She grew up in Welch, WV as a Coal Miner's daughter with 8 brothers and sisters. She moved to Blythe, CA in the 50's returning to WV in the 70's where she met the love of her life, Don Routon. Together, they moved to Wyoming where they enjoyed bowling, bingo, quilting, gardening, snowmobiling, skiing and building their cabin together on Casper Mountain. She loved spending time with her family, particularly her many grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Don Routon; sister Eloise Webb, daughters Debbie Lucero, Janet Echard, Robin Mitchell, Patti Routon and sons Ross Plumb, Ed Routon; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 7 brothers & sisters and her parents.
