Frances Ortiz

Memorial services for Mrs. Frances Lynn Ortiz, 74, of Casper, WY, will be held at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at the Civic Center in Hulett, WY. Mrs. Ortiz passed away April 19, 2016 in Casper, WY. Memorial Contributions in her honor may be made to ASPCA or American Diabetes Association. She was Born in 1941 on July 23rd in Rapid City SD. Her parents were Arthur & Frances Morgan and she grew up and graduated from Hulett High School and married Lloyd Anderson. She is survived by 2 children Art Anderson and Nancy Ortega. She also has a cousin Pat Marton and several 2nd and 3rd cousins. She spent the majority of her life in Casper, Wyoming raising her two children and moved to CO in 2000 and lived with her son up until 2013, which is when she moved back to Casper Wyoming and moved into an Independent Apartment Community. She lived there for just over 2 years and had to move to the Shepard of the Valley Nursing Home. She was a Type 1 Diabetic for 60 yrs. She was a fighter and turned back from nothing. She became involved with Jehovah back in 1994 and continued her faith up until her passing on April 17th, 2016. She was a devoted mother and cared greatly for all of this worlds animals especially Dogs and Birds as well as her brothers and sisters in the faith. She loved living in the Colorado, Mountains amongst all the wildlife in the area where she lived.
