In Loving Memory of Eugene Calvin Fenske, September 26, 1938-January 9, 2016. Eugene Calvin Fenske, age 77, of Casper, passed away January 9, 2016, at Wyoming Medical Center of Casper. On September 26, 1938, a son was born to John Carl Albert Fenske and Mabel Nicolina Svane, on a farm in rural Arlington, South Dakota, along with 8 other siblings. Eugene married his beloved wife, Shirley Ingram, in Abilene, TX, on April 7, 1958. Together they had 3 sons: Calvin Andrew, Randall Brent and Curry Clark. Eugene served in the United States Air force in Guam, Japan and Thailand from 1957 to 1961. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed the great outdoors. Eugene was also a Turnaround Superintendent at the Amoco Oil refinery in Texas City, then transferred to Casper, where he retired. Survivors include Millie Wise, longtime companion, of Casper. Sons: Calvin (wife, Corrina) of Utopia, TX and Curry (wife, Danna) of Katy, TX. Grandchildren: Lance, Tyler, Sarah and Meghan. Siblings: Lucille, Beverly and Gerald. Numerous nieces and nephews. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather: Victor Jensen. Wife Shirley and his son, Randall. Brothers: Virgil, Kenneth, Robert. Sisters: Dolores and Alice. Memorial Services will be held at 11 am, Thursday, January 14, 2016, at Grace Lutheran Church, 315 CY Avenue, Casper, Wyoming, 82601, with a reception to follow. Inurnment will be at Utopia, TX, at a later date.
