Esther Cuthbertson

Esther Cuthbertson, 93, of Casper, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, September 19, 2011 at Wyoming Medical Center. She was born on December 10, 1917 in Belleville KS to Ken and Hattie Applegarth. She was raised on the family farm and attended school in Belleville. In 1945 she married Carl Cuthbertson. Before having children, she traveled as a trick rider. She was a very good horse hand, and a fair yodeler! In 1959, Carl and Esther moved to Wyoming, where they raised their four children. Her greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl, brother Park and sister Gladys. She is survived by her four children; Pam (Dell) Garretson, Brenda Bainbridge, Bruce (Cris) Cuthbertson, Dena (Mark) Park; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11am on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
