Emily Marshall Runge
Emily Marshall was born in Indiana, the daughter of John and Nina Marshall. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Government.
Emily married Willard (Bill) Snapp of Indiana. They operated the Snapp Music Company in Indiana and New Mexico. Bill Snapp died in 1978.
Emily earned an accounting degree from Colorado State University. She worked as an auditor in Nebraska and later moved to Casper, WY where she held several finance and accounting positions.
Emily married John Runge in Casper, WY.
Emily played flute and piccolo in numerous musical organizations, including Indiana University Symphony, Symphonic Band, Indianapolis Philharmonic, Kokomo Municipal Band and Symphony, Loveland Municipal Band, Gering City Band, Casper College Band and Casper Municipal Band and Symphony Orchestra.
Emily was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Casper. She taught Sunday School for many years for students of all ages.
Emily was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Marshall and husband John Runge.
