Services for Mr. Elton C. Fusselman will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 7, 2011 at Bustard's Funeral Home with Dr. Bryant Badger officiating. Viewing will be from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Bustard's. Masonic rites will be accorded by Pathfinder Lodge #42. Military honors will be accorded by the Natrona County United Veterans Council and the Wyoming Army National Guard. Mr. Fusselman, 85, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011, in Casper. He was born July 19, 1925, in Hominy, OK to Carl and Ethel Harp Fusselman. He married Pauline Martin June 20, 1948 who preceded him in death. He was a resident of Casper for 62 years. He served in the Navy during World War II as a 2nd Class Motormac. He was awarded two Purple Hearts. He received a associated degree from Casper College, Bachelors of Education from Colorado State University, Masters Degree in Education at the University Wyoming. He taught Marking in Natrona County High School for 12 years and in the Kelly Walsh High School for 10 years in the Natrona County School District for 22 years. He was a member of the 1st Christian Church, Pathfinder 42, AM & FM Masons, Order of Eastern Stars, Korein Oriental Band, Korein Temple, Apollo Commanders #8, Knights of Templar, Casper Shine Club, and VFW. He loved traveling, taking photographs and steam boating. He is survived by his brother, Floyd and wife Sandra of American Fork, UT, five nieces, Nelda Boele, Glenda Wyatt, Debbie Flake, Janet Delahoyde, and Lori Flake, five nephews, Kennith Crowder, John Fusselman, David Fusselman, Gary Fusselman and Carl Fusselman and fourteen grand nieces and sixteen grand nephews.
