Elaine Stewart

Elaine Glade Stewart, age 90, passed away September 12, 2015, at Meadow Winds Assisted Living Facility of natural causes. Elaine was born July 24, 1925, daughter of Matie and Albert Glade in Ocheyedan, Iowa. She graduated from Ocheyedan High School and attended Business College. On June 17, 1951 she married Frank D. Stewart. Following their marriage, they moved to Casper, Wyoming and started their family. Elaine is survived by husband Frank, sons Gary A. (Karen) and Mike of Casper, and daughter Gail Cheever (Gary) of Bountiful, Utah; four granddaughters, six great grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Dorothy Schmid and Marilyn Schauland. Elaine was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and has been involved in church activities throughout her life. Memorials in Elaine's name may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 17th at 2:00 P.M., at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1240 S. Missouri, Casper, Wyoming.
