Edward OliverTaylor II, 75, passed away in Rapid City, South Dakota on January 2018. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Herald Jarrard Park in Kaycee, Wyoming. Memorial donations may be made in Edward's name to Jason's Friends Foundation 340 West "B" Street in Casper, Wyoming 82601 or the Kaycee Lions Club, c/o Dwayne Christiansen, P.O. Box 253, Kaycee, Wyoming 82639.
