Edward Edmond Roy, 92, passed away on February 17, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. Edward served in the United States Marine Corps. Military honors will be accorded by the United States Marine Honor Guard and the Natrona County United Veterans Council on June 1, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. at the Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery in Evansville. .
