Douglas Blaine Byer, 48, passed away at his home in Mills on February 22, 2016. He was born on March 6, 1967. Memorial services for Douglas will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Bustard's Funeral Home. He loved art, loved to dance and he loved riding motorcycles, He graduated from NCHS in 1985 and graduated from WyoTech in 1990. Douglas then went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Art from Casper College. He loved spending time with his family and friends and was always full of laughter. Douglas is survived by his mother, Linda (Bill) Daniels, stepmother, Mardi Byer, two daughters Tamarah (Peter) Smith, Natasha (Foy) Melendy, three brothers, Scott (Linda) Byer, David (Shandy) Daniels, Justin (Jamie) Daniels, two step-sisters, Sonia Dahlby, Staci (Kevin) Case and many grandkids, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Jack Byer, a brother Rick Byer, maternal and paternal grandparents.
