Dorothy Fossen

Dorothy Maxine Fossen died February 17, 2016 in Casper, Wyoming. She was 93. Dorothy was born in Dillon, Montana on March 17, 1922 to Alfred and Catherine Grosjean. Dorothy married Herbert Fossen on September 20, 1945 in Red Lodge, Montana. She began her journey with the love of her life on a small farm in Powell, Wyoming. The couple had four children. She later resided in Glenrock, Wyoming, Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one grandson and two great-grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by son Bill Fossen of Frannie, Wyoming; son Larry Fossen of Suttercreek, California; daughter Catherine Dart of Buchanan Dam, Texas; daughter Dana Mackler of Glenrock, Wyoming; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and ten great great grandchildren. Memorial donations may be sent to Central Wyoming Hospice, 319 Wilson, Casper, Wyoming 82601. Graveside services will be June 23 at 2 p.m. at Crown Hill cemetery in Powell, Wyoming
