Dorene Davenport passed away August 14, 2015, in Conway, AR. She was 87. She was born to Tyler and Doris Stratton in Plentywood, MT, on Oct. 8, 1927. She lived most of her life in Wyoming but moved to Arkansas in 2010. She married Sheldon Taylor and after he died, she married Ted Davenport and moved to Casper, WY, where she lived for 55 years. She was preceded in death by her son Richard Taylor, her daughters Linda Watson and Donna Young, her stepdaughter Diana Triplett, her sister Wanda Stratton and her parents as well as her husband, Ted. She is survived by her sisters Glada Hammett of Great Falls, MT, Lila Whitney of Spokane, WA, and Thelma Bullinger (husband Jerry) of Billings, MT, her daughters Cindy Knowlton (husband Jim) of Dixon, IL, Becky Ledbetter (husband Sam) of Conway, AR, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a talented seamstress and loved to crochet, she liked to play pinochle and visit with friends and family. Above all she was kind, genuine, and devoted to her family. She will be dearly missed. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 on Friday, Oct. 2, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
