Donnie Kenyon

Donnie Gene Kenyon peacefully passed away on September 27, 2017, surrounded by his family. Donnie was born to Elder and Eula Kenyon on February 07, 1933 in Delhi, OK. He lived in Sayre, OK until 1948 when he joined the Army at the age of 15. He served 2 years, 1 and a half of those years in Guam. After he got out of the service he went to Rangely, CO to work in the oilfield driving oilfield rig trucks. There he met Jo Ann Wagner on a blind date. They were married December 08, 1951. In 1964 they moved to Wyoming. He drove for Dalgarno, Roden and Loffland Brothers Drilling. He, wife and son started their own company in 1977, Kenyon Trucking Inc. Don ran and was number one driver for 34 years. He found the Lord and was baptized March 21, 2010. He enjoyed rebuilding trucks and classic cars. Survivors are his wife of 65 years, two daughters, Judy (Terry) Collingwood, Mary (Tom) Lewallen and son, Donald Ray (Shelly) Kenyon all of Casper. Survivors also include nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, three great-great- grandchildren and two sisters in Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, three sisters and one grandson. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Casper Humane Society or Boyd Avenue Baptist Church.
