Donna Chladek

Donna Sue Maupin Chladek died Friday May 27, 2022 after a courageous battle with Cancer.

Donna was born in Glasgow Mo. on August 12, 1946 to parents Everett and Genevieve Maupin. She moved to Casper at the age of 7 and graduated from Natrona County High School in 1964 where she met and married the love of her life Jim Chladek. They were married in Casper in April 1965. Together they had two daughters Kelly and Aimee. Donna worked for Natrona County School District as a receptionist at Central services until she retired after 34 years.

Donna lived life to the fullest and loved her friends and family.

She loved riding her horses and riding every single Wednesday with her horse riding friends. She adored and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Holidays and family trips were always centered around Donna.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years Jim, daughters Kelly Perez (Ernesto), Aimee Sanford (Rob), of Casper; grandkids Christopher Walsh (Megan) Michael Sanford, Morgan Sanford (Zach), Halen Peterson, Marcus Sanford, Michael Perez and great grandchildren Becklynn Becker and Kimber Walsh.

Donna is preceded in death by her mom and dad Genevieve and Everett Maupin, brother Larry Maupin and sister-in-law Kim Maupin and beloved Mother in law and father in law Darlene and John Chladek.

There will be a reception to honor and celebrate Donna on Wednesday June 8th at Bustards Funeral home from 2-5pm.

A celebration of Donna’s life will be held at a later date.
