Donna Agar

February 26, 1932 - January 6, 2017 Donna Agar, 84, passed away at her home in Casper. Donna was born on February 26, 1932 to Howard and Nora White in Renville MN, where she also graduated from high school. She married Jim Agar on April 7, 1953. They traveled to Florida and South Carolina where he served in the Navy. Through the years they moved to towns throughout Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wyoming, where Jim was store manager for S&L/Bostwicks. Donna was a homemaker and made a career of lovingly caring for many babies at home. She had a sunny disposition, kept a positive attitude, and always thought of the needs of family before her own. Survivors include son, Jack Agar of Bakersfield CA; daughter, Carol Toups and son-in-law, Joe Toups of Casper; grandsons Mason Toups and Troy Toups, both of Casper; and cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim (married 50 years); an infant daughter, Jane; sisters, Darlene Beckendorf and Dallas Witte; and brother, Howard White Jr. As Donna requested, no services will be held. Interment will be with her husband at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery.
