Donald Hegdahl

Donald R. Hegdahl was born September 3, 1932 to Carl Ledvin Hegdahl and Rosina Diegel in Canova, South Dakota. He went to the North Dakota School of Science and became a Designer and Estimator. He served in the US Army from 1951 to 1954. He married Marian Fleming August 20, 1955 in Jasper, Minnesota. Donald belonged to several organizations; Jaycees, Mitchell Lions Club, American Legion, VFW and Handyman Club. He loved colleting stamps, coins and 1/32 & 1/34 scale model trucks and cars. Preceding him in death were his parents; Carl and Rosina Hegdahl, his infant sister, nephew; Jamie Oliver and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his wife, Marian, daughters Dawn (Matt) Seger, Diane Percival, sons; Dan Hegdal, Richard (Susan) Hegdal of Bellevue, WA, sisters Betty (Jim) oliver of Florence, AZ, Shirley (George) Michaels of Casper, WY, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. There are no services planned at this time. Donations in Donald's honor may be made to Central Wyoming Hospice.
