Dolores Atack

Dolores E. Atack born to Will and Mary Lilly on October 5, 1920 passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday June 22, 2010 at the Wyoming Medical Center at 89 ½ years old. She was born and spent her entire life in Casper, WY. She met the love of her life William J. Atack Sr. while attending high school at NCHS where she later graduated in 1938. They were wed on April 25, 1938. Dolores and her husband raised four wonderful children: Irene, Jean, Jimmy and Chuck. She was a wife, mother, homemaker and friend. She was a dedicated member of Kheta Court, Eastern Star, Zilah Club, Good Neighbors of Evansville, F.O.E., Pathfinder Lodge, Casper Shrine Club, Natrona County Pioneers Association, numerous senior citizen card clubs and more. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, cards, crocheting, dancing and spending time with family and friends. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, son, daughter, great- great granddaughter, son-in-law, parents and siblings. Surviving family are her daughter Jean, son Chuck, 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and many more family and friends. There will be a viewing on Monday June 28, 2010 at the funeral home from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Services will be held on Tuesday June 29, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Bustard's Funeral Home. Interment following at Highland Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband. Mom(Granny) you will be dearly missed.
