Dixie Schreiber

Dixie Ann Schreiber passed on May 11th, 2019 at Wyoming Medical Center. She was born Dixie Ann Reeves on January 2nd, 1956 in Bishop, CA. to Jackson Reeves and Sylvania Ross. Before her mom met Jack Garrett, and moved to Wyoming and settling in Kaycee. She attended school in Kaycee and later at Casper College, before meeting the love of her life, Paul Joseph Schreiber. The couple were married in a small ceremony on February 14th, 1993 in Casper. She loved the outdoors and had an eclectic taste in music. A deep love for books and animals, especially cats. She instilled all these traits and her love in her children. She enjoyed laughing and seeing the humor in everything she did. Her door was always open to friends and family. She is preceded in death by her mother Sylvania, her father Jack, and her husband Paul. She is survived by a brother, Bill Reeves of Mojave Valley, AZ. And three sisters. Bertie Garrett of Lakewood, CO. Peggy Mortensen of Torrington, WY. And Marie Garrett. Her children Terrence, Shane, Joseph, Alex, Janet, Annette and Kayla. As well as her daughter-in-law Torey Tougher. Who, was her caretaker in the last 6 months of her life. And thirteen grandchildren. All of whom she loved more than anything. She is greatly missed and greatly loved.
