Devenne passed away August 9, 2015 in Casper, WY. Devenne was born on December 21, 1972 in Mocksville, NC. She is survived by her husband Thomas Howe, mother Sharon Coble, children TJ Howe, Adryannah Howe, Ginger Roney and David Howe as well as her brother William Yarborough.
