Memorial services for Mr. Delwyn Attletweedt, 48, of Casper, WY will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Bustard's Funeral Home with Pastor Dee Lundberg of United Church of Christ officiating. Visitation will be held at Bustard's Funeral Home on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Delwyn passed away February 19, 2016 in Casper. Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the American Cancer Society, 333 S Beech St, Casper, WY 82601 or The American Heart Association, 330 S Center Street, Suite 411, Casper, WY 82601. Delyn was born to Glen and Eva Attletweedt in Bismarck, North Dakota. He was a member of his high school ROTC program and later spent six years as a member of the National Guard. He attended Casper College to obtain his degree in Diesel Mechanics. Delwyn worked many jobs over his life that include team trucking with his brother, James Bowler, driving for a van service with the railroad and working for a local Loaf and Jug in Casper. When not at work, you could most likely find him with family or friends playing his video games or working on his computer. He was considered to be a friend that everyone could count on in times of need; always willing to lend a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen. Known to be patient, humble, loving and caring and always selfless. Delwyn is survived by his two oldest sisters, Jeanne Root and Sandra (Steve) Long of Casper, WY, his brother, James Bowler of Gillette, WY and lastly his twin sister, Lavone Cureton of Casper, WY., who is also the mother of his God Child, Glen Risha. You can't forget his (dog/child) Lady Bug. Also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by both parents, Glen and Louise Attletweedt, his sister, Helen Attetweedt and sister-in-law, Robin Bowler and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
