Delores Stowe

A memorial service for Mrs. Delores Ann Stowe (Scott), 83 of Casper, Wyoming, will be held at Bustard's Funeral Home on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. Family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. Mrs. Stowe passed away on August 7, 2017 at Shepherd of the Valley in Casper, Wyoming, after a lengthy stay because of Alzheimer's disease. She was born November 21, 1933 in Vinton, Iowa to Charles O. Scott and Frances L. Scott (McNeal). She spent the majority of her life in Casper. Delores graduated from NCHS, Casper, Wyoming in 1952. She worked for Mountain Bell, Casper Supply, Self Service Furniture Store, Mike Harris Optometrist and for NCSD Kelly Walsh in the cafeteria for 10 years until her retirement at age 66. She married Jerome Stowe in Casper, Wyoming on October 21, 1953. Delores loved snowmobiling, hiking, camping and in later years traveling in the motor home with her husband and dog. She is survived by her sister, Darlene Bock and her family; her daughter, Denise Hubbard (Stowe) and her husband, Kenny; and grandchildren, Jesse Sutphin and his family and Charles Sutphin and his family.
