Delores Knight

June Knight of Casper passed away March 7, 2014, at Central Wyoming Hospice peacefully of Alzheimer's disease. She was born June 7, 1934, in Maude, Oklahoma to Lillie and Floyd Bryson. During her high school years she moved to Ft. Laramie where she graduated from high school. She met Gardner Knight of Torrington and they were married on June 25, 1954. They had 3 children Patricia Knight Hague, Tad Knight and Gardner Knight Jr. June worked at the Wyrulec Company in Lingle until moving to Casper In 1968. In Casper she worked as bookkeeper for Wyoming Block Company, Davis Investments and as a register operator at Wal-Mart. June enjoyed bowling, golfing, soft ball and gardening. She took great pride in her yard especially her roses! June is survived by her husband, Gardner Knight; daughter, Patricia Hague; son, Tad Knight; four granddaughters, Dawn Shupick, Jodee, Kelsey and Holli Knight; two great grandchildren, Sydney and Levi Shupick; sister, Marie Saultz; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at Valley View Cemetery in Torrington, April 5, 2014, at 11:00 AM. A Reception will follow at the First Wyoming Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions.
