Deborah Maiorana

August 21, 1958 — July 27, 2015

Deborah "Debbie" Anne Maiorana, 56 of Casper, Wyoming was called home to the Lord on July 27, 2015. She died at home after a long battle with cancer. Debbie was born on August 21, 1958 in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Frank and Norma Greeley. She graduated in 1977 from greater Lawrence Vocational High School. She was wed to her best friend "Tony" in December of 1979 and started a family that consisted of three daughters. In 1993 she moved to Casper, Wyoming with her spouse and became known as "Nana" to her 8 grandchildren. While she loved entertaining the grand-babies with fun-filled sleepovers you could also find her enjoying games of cards with her sister and brother-in-law. Other things that brought her joy were good books, trips to the beach, dancing and rock and roll. Being a woman who never forgot her faith, she would help anybody in need. She was a fun-loving, kind hearted, forgiving soul whose home you would never leave on an empty stomach. She always prided herself on being a loving and caring mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend. Her beautiful smile and contagious laugh will be deeply missed. Her courageous fight will be remembered as that of a warrior and admired by all who loved her. Debbie is survived by her husband, Tony Maiorana of Casper; daughters, Jen (Ben) Ledford, Kim Maiorana, and Ashley Maiorana of Casper; grandchildren, Brittany, Katelynn, Anthony, Kylee, Ashlynn, Fabiano, Gabriella and Lily all of Casper, WY; siblings, Frank, Scott, Kevin and Brigid Greeley of Massachusetts and New Hampshire; Father-in-law, Ignatius Maiorana Sr. of Casper; Stepmother, Mary Greeley of Massachusetts; brother and sister-in-law Lop and Cecilia Nguyen of Casper; Sister-in-law, Shelly Greeley, and Christina Ludwig-Greeley of New Hampshire; Nephew; Kyle Ludwig, Cousin; Pam Richardson of Massachusetts in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and in-laws. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Norma Greeley; Grandmother Irene Williams; Mother-in-law, Fabiola Maiorana; and nephew Kevin Coady. Funeral services for Debby will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Bustard's Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Lewis and Gerald Evenson of Rock of Ages Church officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bustard's Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Angels Cancer Care Program, 1233 E. Second St., Casper, WY 82601.
