Deborah K. Clare of Casper WY died peacefully in her home on July 5, 2012. She was born in Casper WY on July 19, 1953 to HJ "Jim" and Alice Clare. She graduated from Natrona County High School after that she went to Stephens College where she received a degree in fashion design. In her free time she enjoyed shopping with her two daughters, and spending time with her great friends especially Diana Johnson, Molly Dryer, and Susie Klungness. Sewing, quilting, and designing clothes were her passion; she also loved to collect dolls, ladybugs, and music boxes. Deborah is survived by her brother, William Clare of Casper, and her two daughters, Cary Clare Studer of Casper and Robin Studer of Casper. She was preceded in death by her two brothers Brian Clare, and Robert Clare and her parents HJ "Jim" and Alice Clare. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association or the Humane Society. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in her honor at 2:00 PM, Monday July16, 2012 PM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church by Fr. Robert Fox.
