David Andrew McNicoll, 42, passed away on March 19, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Casper. A rosary will be on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at Bustard's Funeral Home.
