David Mark Dunham passed away May 26, 2020 at Wyoming Medical Center of cancer and kidney failure. Number eight in the line of nine children, he was born to Charles (Kenny) and Lela Dunham. Dave had a very active life. The majority of his child hood education was in Marshalltown, Iowa. He married his high school sweet heart, Gayla (Gail) Yandell in 1965. David Ray, Tammy Kay and Mark Allen.
After a few years of living in Olathe, Kansas ("A stopping off place to move west."), Dave's young family moved to Casper, Wyoming, where they still reside.
A long time member of Casper Nazarene Church, Dave served in many capacities: Sunday School teacher (Dynamics of Discipling for 30 years), board member, greeter, singer and, his favorite position, associate pastor (after training at the Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs).
Dave was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Bill, Rev. Jerry, Dr. Ron, sisters: Doloris and Donna, and all three of his children. He is survived by his wife, Gail, eight grandchildren, Shane Dunham, Amanda Stevens, Kayla Walker, Kaitlyn Bornman, Daniel, Kaydin, Logan, and Gavin Dunham and two great grand daughters, Ember and Jada.
Services will be held at the Nazarene Church, Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 2 pm. All attending are welcome for snacks and tall tales after the service in the fellowship hall.
