Daniel Gary Griffitts

  Daniel Gary Griffitts 65 years old, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on October 29, 2022.

  Daniel (Gary to those who knew him) was born in Douglas, Wyoming to Daniel and Bonnie Griffitts on February 21, 1957. He attended Kelly Walsh High School. He went on to earn a Certificate for Surface metal/non-metal Foreman from the State Mining Council and gunsmithing from American Gunsmithing Institute. He has 40 years of extensive heavy equipment operating. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and just being outdoors with his family, he was a true mountain man. He had a firm view on many things and could come off as aggressive, but he had a large heart and would do whatever he could to help anyone. He is a life time member of the National Rifle Association of America.

  Daniel (Gary to those who knew him) is survived by his children Charity Griffitts, Amie Lepine, Terrance Griffitts, Lenny, Jeremy and Travis Zafarano, ten Grandchildren and his siblings Ruth Baker, Denise Green, Keith Griffitts, his Father Daniel Griffitts and so many more loved family members. He is preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Griffitts and brother Bernie Griffitts.

  There will be a celebration of life for Daniel Griffitts at the VFW on November 6th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. - 1800 Bryan Stock Trail, Casper, Wyoming 82601.
