Dallas Moffett

Dallas Lee Moffett, 58, of Casper, Wyoming passed away May, 19, 2015 in Casper, Wyoming. Dallas was born May 14, 1957, in Laramie, Wyoming to Richard N. Moffett and Elizabeth Moffett. On June 5, 1995 he married Adrienne Ryder Moffett in Casper. Together they had Orion Moffett, Miranda Moffett, and Ian Moffett. Dallas worked for the City of Bar Nunn as the Maintenance Supervisor, City of Bar Nunn Head of Homeland Security Coordinator and was an Active Volunteer for City of Bar Nunn Fire Department. He also worked for water treatment facilities in the Cities of Evansville and Mountain View as well as Rio Algom, Nine Mile Lake and Highland Ranch Uranium Mines. He was an avid outdoors-man, hunter, fisherman, archer and motorcycle enthusiast. Dallas was always the center of attention due to his magnetic personality. His childhood nickname "Bo" came from BoBo the clown as he was such a jokester with a witty sense of humor. He loved his family and friends dearly. He was always there to help anyone with whatever needed to be done. People always commented that he was a real snappy dresser! Dallas is survived by his father and mother; Richard N. (Corky) and Elizabeth (Jane) Moffett, Son; Orion Moffett, Daughter; Miranda Moffett, son; Ian Moffett, Sisters; Leisa D. Thomas (Dan Ellsworth), Linda J. Moffett, Brother; Dana R. (Gail) Moffett, his loving companion Christina Moens, and his Aunts; Patricia Guymon and Dolly Peak. He was preceded in death by his wife Adrienne Ryder Moffett. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Highland Park Church with Tami Rudkin officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery and The Bar Nunn Fireman's Brigade will offer his final Salute. Donations in his honor may be made to the Moffett children for college expenses.
