Cynthia Ann (Manning) Mockensturm of Casper passed away in the early morning of October 20, 2017. She was born on October 4, 1954 and is now singing praise to our great God. She will never feel the pain of Rheumatoid Arthritis again. Cynthia earned a degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her mother Sally Romero, father John Manning and brother Steve Romero. After her father's death she was raised by Luis (Mr.) Romero. She is survived by her husband Vincent Mockensturm Jr., daughters Star (Mike) Baures and Sarah Ann Mockensturm. Her Granddaughters Alex and Rylee Baures.
