Cynthia Mets

Cindy went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 16, 2011. She died as a result of a car accident. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at Bustard's Funeral Home, West Chapel. Inurnment will be at Highland Cemetery. Cindy was born November 7, 1980 and on that day became the light in the lives of those who knew her. She grew up to be the kind of daughter one loves to brag about. She worked for many years at NOWCAP and I-Ranch. She was totally involved with taking care of others. She was a very patient, kind and compassionate young woman who had many friends, and one very special friend, Dawn. Cindy has just finished her CNA training. Cindy had the great laugh, and a smile that would light up any room she entered. She was an avid wrestling fan, loved to play cards and spend time with her family, including Ebony and Bear, her two beloved pets. Cindy is survived by her parents, Robert (Bob) and Shirlee Mets, her partner, Rich Harper, Jr., her sister, Corrina Spears, Shannon (Dottie) Mets, Mary Lots, her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her Uncle, Doug Mets, her "Auntie" Vi Vie Barum, granddad, H. L. (Bus) Bieber and grandmother, Pearl Danielson. Cindy will be missed by all those whose lives she touched on a daily basis. Memorials to NOWCAP would be appreciated by the family.
