Memorial services for Mrs. Cynthia Burke will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 29, 2013 at Highland Park Community Church with Pastor Chris Kinner officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bustard's Funeral Home. Mrs. Burke, 64, passed away March 26, 2013 at Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, Wyoming. She was born June 2, 1948 in Lafayette, LA. After college, she worked as a medical technician. She was married to Richard Burke on October 2, 1992 in Lafayette, LA. She loved fishing, pheasant hunting, her animals, her kids and her grandkids. Cynthia was preceded in death by her Father, Lois Hebert, Mother, Mary Alice (Burke) Hebert, Brother, James Ray Hebert, Niece, Alphea Elizabeth Hebert.
