Corinne passed away in hospice care on April 15, 2019 after a lengthy illness. She was born in Shoshoni, WY. on February 16, 1922 to Willmont Adelbert and Elizabeth Thompson Pratt. She was raised in Riverton, WY. and graduated as Salutatorian from Riverton High School in 1940. She attended Northwestern Theological Seminary in Minneapolis, MN and graduated in 1944. Corinne worked in Denver, CO. for several years for Coca Cola before settling down Newport Beach, CA. where she worked as an executive secretary for an insurance company Bill Baxter until 1992. While in California she was actively involved in the National Secretaries Association and was recognized as a recipient of outstanding service by the City of LA. After retirement in 1992 her nephew Jack moved her to Casper to be near her sister's family and has stayed since that time to enjoy her nieces, nephews, and her 7 great nephews (11 total nephews) and first great niece. She enjoyed being with the family and loved playing games when together. She enjoyed playing bridge regularly with her friends at Primrose, and was involved in a weekly bible study and was a member of the Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church and the Wyoming Presbytery. She loved the local symphony, theater and cooking she was an avid reader and enjoyed watching college basketball and football. Corinne was preceded in death by her parents, sister Louise, brother Ross, and baby brother Dan, nephew's Jack and Scott McMillan. She is survived by her nieces Carolyn Rathbun and Connie McMillan, great nieces Shelly Weckwerth, Trisha Peters, Crystal Egan, great nephew Eric McMillan, great great nephews Chris, Ryan and Alex Weckwerth, Luke, Owen, and Miles Peters, Landen McMillan, Destini, Tipton, Phillip and Canyon Egan, and one great great niece Layla McMillan. She was a very dedicated and loving aunt who was devoted to her family, faith and her friends. She will be greatly missed. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests all memorials be made to their favorite charity in her name.
