Constance Sturman

Constance Louise Sturman ("Connie"), age 68, passed away July 2, 2011 at her home in Casper. Born March 7, 1943 in Lusk, she was the daughter of Esther Marie Josephine (Olson) and Louis Chester Stubson. She graduated from Niobrara County High School in 1961. She married John K. Sturman on January 11, 1964. Connie worked at Mountain Bell and Memorial Hospital, and was a telecommunications specialist for 27 years with the General Services Administration before her retirement in 2005. Survivors include her daughter Deena McDaniels and her husband; her son John K. Sturman Jr.; her son Jeff Sturman and his wife; three grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and one brother, Don Stubson and his wife. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, John K. Sturman, her parents, and two sisters, Joyce Elaine English and Darlene Johnson. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 pm on Friday, July 8, 2011, at Bustards Funeral Home on CY Avenue in Casper. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 951 Werner Court, #385, Casper, WY 82601; or left at Bustard's.
