Constance M. Rodeman 1935 - 2017. Funeral services for Constance M. Rodeman will be held at 2:00 P.M. on June 24th at the First Southern Baptist Church in Douglas with Pastor Marty Roark officiating. Connie was born May 22 1935 to Robert A. and Fern L. (Humphrey) Curtis in Douglas. She was raised on the family ranch southwest of Douglas and attended school in Douglas. She graduated from Douglas High School in 1953. Connie married Lawrence McMackin in 1953 and two daughters were born from the union. She married David R. Rodeman Jr. on December 15, 1957, in Torrington and they had three children. They celebrated their 57th anniversary in 2014. Connie loved her family, friends, gardening, the mountains, wildlife and living in the country. She enjoyed working at the local sale barn for several years and was a rural mail carrier for 30 years. Connie is survived by her children; daughters Jeannie (Chuck) Davis and Rena (CB) Valentine and sons Colt (Tanna) Rodeman all of Douglas and Clint (Sharon) Rodeman of Casper, brother; Robert D. Curtis of Douglas, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Fern; her husband David, sister Francis Demmer, daughter Jeraldine York; grandson Cheston York and granddaughter Sierra Rodeman. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be all of her family and friends.
