Cody Warren Printz

Cody Warren Printz, was born October 10th, 1971, in Worland, WY. When he was five days of age, Harold and Carol Printz brought him home from the hospital and began the rewarding process of adopting him to be their son. He was welcomed by older brother Eric, who was three at the time. Three years later, Eric and Cody happily welcomed little brother, Justin, which made the family complete.

After graduating from high school, Cody moved to Lancaster, CA, where he married Nicole Wynia and together, they had one child, Austin Thomas Printz. They were married from 1991 to 1993. While living in California, he worked in the roofing industry. Cody was very mechanically oriented and enjoyed working with his hands. From California, he moved back to Nampa, Idaho, where he eventually met and married Denia Beal. They were married from 1997 to 2001.

In 2003, Cody relocated to Sidney, NE where he attained an Associate degree in Business Management, graduating with honors. From there, he moved to TX and began working in the wind turbine energy field. It was in TX that he met and married Maggie Guerra, who he remained married to until he died. Though Cody's life was filled with many challenges, through it all he had a desire to be right with God.

Cody passed away on January 10, 2024 in Casper, WY. He is preceded in death by grandparents Leslie and Elizabeth Printz and William and Lois Dake. He is survived by his wife Maggie, of McAllen, TX; son, Austin Printz of Parker, CO; parents Harold and Carol of Hot Springs, SD; brothers, Eric (Elaine) Printz of Palm Desert, CA; Justin (Melody) Printz of Edgemont, SD; nephew Wade (Haylee) Printz of Lusk, WY; and nieces, Callie Printz of Chino Valley, AZ, and Amy Printz of Sioux Falls, SD. Cody was loved by many who faithfully stood by him through life.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on January 27th at the Casper Senior Center, 1831 E 4th St., Casper WY 82601. There will be a burial service in Hot Springs, SD on Monday, January 29th.
