Clara Pauline Orr, 69 years old, from Casper, WY. Clara was a warrior in life and known to her siblings as "Tuffy". She died in her home surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer. She was born on August 11, 1946 in Lamar, CO to Russell Eugene and Jesse Lucille(Mills) Scranton. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Adams State College. She was grandfathered in as a Licensed Addictions Therapist in 1997. Clara celebrated 33 years of sobriety. She was the Program Manager at the Natrona County Adult Drug Court for the last 14 years. Her legacy was this life work. Prayer was at the center of Clara's life. She loved God and country and everyone knew not to disturb her during Bill O'Reilly. She enjoyed looking at houses and finding the best shopping deals and was a great cook. She had a direct but caring manner and was not afraid to speak her mind. Her grandchildren loved going to the park and movies with her, going to garage sales with her, and raiding her candy drawer. They found her humming comforting and described her home as warm and cozy.
