Christine Hilterbrand

Christine Hilterbrand, 55, passed away on October 12th, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. Christine was born on October 5th, 1962 in East Moline, Illinois to Wallace and Lois Gilmore. She married Brent Hilterbrand on December 27th, 1984 in Indianola, Iowa. Christine dedicated her life to God, her family, and helping others. She was an active church member who loved working for God in any capacity. At home, she was a dedicated wife, mother of two, and grandmother. She enjoyed embroidery and other crafts, interior decorating, cooking, holiday baking, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Her kind heart, wonderful smile, and loving personality will be remembered by many. She is survived by her husband, Brent Hilterbrand; son, Donte Gilmore (Fort Madison, IA); daughter, Britany, and son-in-law, Nathaniel Gerhart, and their three children, Aaliyah, Nathaniel, and William (Casper, WY); and her mother-in-law, Diana Hilterbrand (Casper, WY). She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Lois Gilmore, of Sioux City, IA; and sisters, Nancy Gilmore, of Duluth MN and Glenda Handley, of Omaha, NE. A memorial service will be held October 21st, 2017 at 2pm at Bustard's Funeral Home, with Pastor Brent Hilterbrand officiating. Interment will be private. Flowers and memorial gifts may be sent to the family in care of Bustard's.
