Charlotte Watson

Charlotte Faye Kilman Carter Watson passed away Monday June 6th 2016 surrounded by loved ones after a long and difficult battle with illness. She was born November 18th 1955 in Colorado to Wava Ilene (Penny) Twist later Kilman. She was later adopted by Mark Kilman after he and Penny were married. She attended and graduated Kelly Walsh High School in Casper. She also attended classes at Casper College throughout her life, where she obtained a degree in 2012. Charlotte was many things to many people. She paved her own path through life, and did not care what anyone thought of how she did so. Charlotte loved to talk to others and share her wealth of knowledge gained through her many life experiences. She is survived by her children Kimberly Carter and Bryce (Melissa) Carter; her sisters, Vikki Kilman Renner, Penny Collins, and Terry Clark, her grandmother Sally Kilman along with many friends and other relations. She was preceded in death by her mother Penny, her father Mark Kilman, and one brother Benny Satterwite. Per Charlotte's request there will be no services held. At a later date the family will hold a celebration of life.
