Memorial services for Charles Calvin "Cal" Williams will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 31, 2015 at Paradise Valley Christian Church, with Pastor Larry Berlin officiating. Cal, 66, passed away July 25, 2015 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper from complications related to chronic illness. Cal was born September 16, 1948 in Picher, OK, the oldest son of Charles and Hazel (Bunce) Williams. From the age of 12 he was raised by Walter and Mildred Lowe. He graduated from Manderson High School and completed one year of college, followed by one year of trade school earning a certificate in auto mechanics. He served in the Army National Guard from 1969-1976 in the artillery division and earned an honorable discharge. He worked most of his life in sales at Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company, followed by Deli-Express, Amcon and Loaf & Jug. He married Barbara Elaine (Dorton) Williams on June 6, 1970 in Basin, Wyoming. Cal enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family, most of all. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara (Dorton) Williams, his daughter Connie (Mike) Coleman and son Charles "Doug" (Raylynn) Williams both of Casper. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
