Charles (Chuck) Mason Dunlap, 87, passed away peacefully in his home, October 21, 2017 in Casper. He was a Wyoming native, born April 5, 1930 to Earl and Zeta (Riddle) Dunlap. Chuck proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Chuck and Joanie were married for 45 years. They enjoyed spending time with their children, families and friends. They loved traveling the world together. Joanie, son Jim (Wendy) Dunlap, daughter Wendy Jo (Hal) McCroskey and their families will always remember him for his ready smile and a willingness to be of service to his family and friends. Chuck was an Independent Oil and Gas Geologist. He was part of a pioneering generation and the world won't see men like him again. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery Chapel in Evansville. Attire is casual. A celebration of Chuck's life will be held at the Casper Memorial VFW Post 9439 immediately following the ceremony. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in Chuck's name.
