Cecelia Miller

March 20, 1943 — March 13, 2015

Cecelia Theresa Rodgers Miller, formerly of Casper, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 13, 2015 in Missoula, MT where she had lived since 2011. She was born on March 20, 1943 in Mena, AR. She is survived by her husband, W.Roger Miller of Missoula; her brother Dave (Connie) Rodgers of Cheyenne and their two sons; step-daughter Kristi (Roy) Handley of Clinton, MT and their two sons; and granddaughter Dana (Todd) Lash of North Huntingdon, PA and their two sons and granddaughter Shante Jackson and great granddaughter Lilliana of Casper; and numerous cousins. A graveside service will be held on March 20, 2015 at Highland Cemetery in Casper. A celebration of life will be held in June at First Christian Church of Casper, with further details to follow.
