Catherine Janette El'Achchab, 55, passed away on June 27, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. Kitty was born on December 2, 1961 in Jackson, Mississippi to Harrison and Earline (Matthews) Bolin. On October 22, 2014 she married Mohammed El'Achchab in Sale, Morocco. Catherine loved fishing, spending time with her family (especially her grandkids), and helping others. She is survived by son, Steven "Matt" (Desiree) Tinoco; granddaughter, Elizabeth Tinoco; grandson, Roland Tinoco; mother, Earline Maxi, all of Casper; and a sister, Debra Dejesus of Natchez, Mississippi. She is preceded in death by W.C. Maxi of Natchez, Mississippi. A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Restoration Church, 411 South Walsh Street in Casper, Pastor Marlon Southall officiating. A reception will follow at the Mathew Campfield Park, 1219 North Beech Street from 4-8PM.
