Funeral services for Carrie Jo Haukaas-Rose, 38, of Lander, WY, will be held at Noon on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:00am-Noon also at Bustard's. Carrie passed away September 20, 2015 in Casper, WY. Carrie was born September 5, 1977 in Lander, WY to Lyle Haukaas Sr and Cheryl McAlister. She attended school in Lander, WY and graduated in Flandreau, SD. Carrie would have surely told you that her greatest accomplishment was being a mother; nothing made her happier than being with her children. She also enjoyed Camping, fishing, going to the lake and attending a concert here and there. Carrie is survived by her mother Cheryl Daniels of Hudson, WY; father, Lyle Haukaas Sr. of Ft. Washakie, WY; her sons Damien J. Rose, and Mikele T. Rose; daughter Crimson J. Rose; Fiancé Bill Massey; sisters Amanda McAlister of Casper, WY, Tammy Haukaas of Hardin, MT, and Paulette Haukaas of Ft. Washakie, WY; brothers Lyle J. Haukaas of Hudson, WY, Lyle (Choppers) Haukaas of Washington, and Wallace Hill of Ft. Washakie, WY; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Wilma and Earl McAlister, Vida and Cecil Haukaas and her much loved step father Everett Daniels.
