Caroline Marie Williams, 53, passed away May 25, 2015 at her home in Casper surrounded by her loving family. Carol was born August 9, 1961 in Casper to Rose and Gerald Williams. She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1981. Shortly after graduation she began working for the Wyoming Department of Work Force Services. Carol loved her work and took great pride in a job well done. Her coworkers became friends that she held very dear to her heart. A few years ago, Carol was honored by Governor Mead for her 30 years of service to the State of Wyoming. She retired on January 2, 2015. To know Carol was to know a Bronco fan. One of the best days of her life was when her sister Teresa arranged for Carol to meet John Elway. Carol had a great passion for reading. A book would accompany her everywhere, even to the picture show. She enjoyed music, dancing, sunsets and travel. A few of her more memorable adventures were to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, San Diego, California and Disneyworld. To know the spirit of Carol is to know strength, unconditional love for others, determination, humor and joy. Her love for family and her faith in the Lord knew no boundaries. These are lessons she taught many who were lucky enough to call her daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. Carol is survived by her parents Gerald and Rose Williams, sister Kay (Bob) Rosenberger of Wellington, Colorado, nephew Raylan (Joanne) Heck and their daughters Emma and Ella of Middleburg, Florida. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents, brother Darryl Dean, sister Teresa Noel, brother in law Joe Noel, and nephew Chad Heck. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association of Wyoming, P.O. Box 2341, Casper, WY 82602; Mayo Clinic Pulmonary Research, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905 or to a charitable organization of the donor's choice. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Peace & Love. Go Broncos.
