Carol Anderson

Carol Joan Anderson, age 52, of Gillette passed away November 20, 2015 in Casper, WY. She was born March 2, 1963 in Breckenridge, MN to Jerome and Janis Kutzer. She married Denny Anderson in Casper, WY on July 6, 1985. Together they raised three boys. Carol was a devoted wife and mother. She loved hosting family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. Carol loved cooking, gardening, and most of all camping. Carol had a special gift for capturing the moment with her camera. She also loved her church, St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Gillette, WY. Carol is survived by husband Denny Anderson of Gillette, WY; sons Nathan (Casey), Ryan (Kristen), and Brandon (Jessie) Anderson of Gillette, WY; parents Jerome and Janice Kutzer of Gillette, WY; brothers Allan (Phyllis) Kutzer of Evansille, WY, David (Marci) Kutzer of Casper, WY, and Michael Kutzer of Gillette, WY; and sisters Nancy (Gary) Israelson of Fargo, ND, Marylin (Ken) Aune of Devil's Lake, ND, Sharon (Larry) Byer of Glenrock, WY, Karlene (Glenn) Nelson of Tuscon, AZ, and Angie (Melvin) Rothleutner of Douglas, WY. She also leaves behind many beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Herb and Florence Kutzer of Fairmount, ND and Harry and Lois Gibson of Beardsley, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM at St. Matthew's Catholic Church located at 900 Butler-Spaeth Rd., Gillette, WY, 82716, on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. A reception will be held immediately following the service. Memorial contributions in Carol's name may be made to St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Gillette, WY.
